About the artwork:
My first landscape-oriented work. Continuing with Expresso-Cubism, I proceeded to consolidate the elements that compose the style.
Concepts of the artwork:
In this work, I represent contentment with fragments of an incomplete life. All of us, at some point, understand that our life does not begin complete. And as we go through time, we identify the fragments of the life we live. Even the places we pass through seem fragmented. Until one day we realize that even we ourselves are fragmented. A puzzle that may seem too difficult to be worth trying to assemble. Especially when we understand that there is a missing piece. There are two ways to deal with this: One is to strive to understand how and which pieces fit together and dedicate our time, strength, and will to search for the missing piece, to finally find the true solution. Or simply celebrate, contenting ourselves with things as they are. In this case, even dirty feet and a cold beer seem to be enough to anesthetize the pain of emptiness that exists between these fragments. And even a cockroach, which may now seem friendly and amiable, becomes company for this toast. "A toast to perdition!" says the figure.
Decorate your home, your office, your environment with a work full of vivid colors that leap from the canvas, to enchant and draw the attention of those present, generating good moments and good deep and reflective conversations about art and the world around us!
